Monsters of Liedermaching bring their poetic energy to Göttingen
On Friday, November 6, 2026, musa in Göttingen will transform into a seated pogo pit full of music, humor, and affectionate anarchy. Monsters of Liedermaching present their recording tour 2026, combining pointed singer-songwriter artistry with an exuberant live atmosphere.
Six songwriters, one unmistakable sound
Monsters of Liedermaching represent a unique form of band chemistry: Six independent songwriters share the stage and create a collective concert experience from different voices, guitars, and perspectives. Instead of classical hierarchies, wordplay, melody, and spontaneous stage performance shape the evening.
Between ballads, anthems, and sharp humor
The focus of the tour is the live album Sutsche, which will be released on October 16, 2026. Timeless gems and humorous anthems meet gentle ballads and insightful social observations. The songs tell of quirky everyday situations, old friends, forgotten celebrations, and the small lifesaving anchors of life.
Audience atmosphere with seated pogo guarantee
The Monsters transform musa into a space where singing, laughing, and focused listening intertwine. Their orchestration remains deliberately direct and organic: voices, string instruments, precise synchronization, and the dynamics of the six musicians create a sound that lives from the first punchline to the last refrain.
Live album Sutsche as a musical guide
The recording tour travels through selected clubs and brings the new material directly to the stage. The program connects the current release with the characteristic repertoire of the band's history. Thus, a concert evening arises between singer-songwriter tradition, folk rock energy, cabaret moments, and collective celebratory mood.
Conclusion: An evening for music, humor, and shared experiences
Monsters of Liedermaching deliver a concert in Göttingen that reaches the heart, mind, and laughter muscles alike. Anyone who wants to experience poetic lyrics, musical versatility, and a distinctive audience atmosphere should not miss this concert experience at musa.
