Spookyman brings futuristic blues to the Vinyl Reserve

On Wednesday, November 18, 2026, Spookyman will transform the Vinyl Reserve in Göttingen into a laboratory for distinctive sounds. The concert starts at 8:00 PM and is part of the Germany tour of the Italian musician Giulio Allegretti.

Blues meets electronics and retro-futurism

Spookyman combines blues, electronics, exotica, acousmatic music, and lo-fi into a distinctive Atomic Music. His stage performance thrives on an unusual orchestration of guitar, synthesizers, tape recorders, speakers, televisions, and self-built instruments.

A concert as an audiovisual sound journey

At the center is a one-man band concept that synchronizes music, technology, and visual imagination. A modified television as an oscilloscope, the Acousmophone device, and the retro-futuristic character Olivia are among the characteristic elements of his live atmosphere.

Internationally experienced, independent in sound

Giulio Allegretti has been active as Spookyman since 2008. He released his self-produced debut album Spookyman in 2016 and the album Blood, Sweat and Tears with The All Nighters in 2021. In 2024, he toured the USA with his Acousmatic Orchestra and played 18 concerts. In 2025, he represented Italy in the Solo/Duo category at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis.

With The Spookalicious Space Sound of Spookyman & His Acousmatic Orchestra, a new album was released on July 31, 2026, by the Swiss label Voodoo Rhythm Records. In Göttingen, this idiosyncratic sound world meets the intimate atmosphere of the Vinyl Reserve, an established place for analog music and concert culture.

Conclusion: An evening for open ears

The audience can expect not an ordinary blues concert, but a concentrated stage performance between handmade sound, electronic sound art, and cinematic imagination. Anyone who wants to experience unusual live music, experimental instruments, and an intense audience atmosphere should discover Spookyman live on November 18, 2026, at the Vinyl Reserve.
