YARA brings the Chewing Gum Cigarettes Tour 26 to Göttingen
On October 15, 2026, EXIL live. music. club. in Göttingen will transform into an energized meeting place for indie rock, coming-of-age stories, and quirky Dada humor. YARA invites you to their first own tour and combines musical lightness with lyrics about smoking, true love, and those bittersweet moments of growing up.
Indie kitsch, dance pleasure, and big feelings
The Chewing Gum Cigarettes Tour 26 takes YARA through 14 cities in Germany and Austria. In Göttingen, the audience can expect a concert evening between indie rock, playful kitsch, and deliberately exaggerated Dada silliness. The band describes their songs with images that taste like fruit juice spritzers, youth rooms, and unrestrained joy of life.
A musical journey through coming of age
At the center are Jakob, Lisa, Gio, and Jacque, as well as their hedonistic world between first experiences, big feelings, and the desire to appear cool. YARA tells a unique soundscape from this, which feels humorous, charming, and surprisingly approachable. The concert promises an intense discovery experience for all who want to experience indie music with personality, humor, and an unusual stage idea.
Live at EXIL Göttingen
EXIL live. music. club. at Weender Landstraße 5 is one of the well-known concert venues in Göttingen. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the concert starts at 8:00 PM.
