Painting Without Borders: Creative Freedom for Adults in Göttingen
On November 6, 2026, the Grone Community Center invites you to an inspiring painting session for adults. From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, various creative painting techniques, personal forms of expression, and the joy of creating will be the focus. Participation is free of charge.
Discovering Colors, Shapes, and Materials
Under the guidance of Alexander Pauxon, an open space for aesthetic experience and practical experimentation will be created. Participants will become acquainted with different approaches to painting and will engage directly with color, line, surface, and composition. The creative process, rather than a perfect outcome, defines this art experience.
Cultural Education Without Performance Pressure
Painting Without Borders combines art educational impulses with accessible artwork observation. Beginners will find a suitable starting point, as will adults wishing to deepen their previous experiences. The participants' own image develops step by step from observation, experimentation, and personal handwriting.
A Calm Exhibition Atmosphere in the Community Center
The Grone Community Center serves as a multi-generational house, providing an open space for encounter, education, and cultural participation. The event will take place indoors and create a focused, yet welcoming atmosphere. Colors and shapes will not only be observed but experienced with one’s own hands.
Conclusion: Time for Your Own Visual Language
Visitors can expect a relaxed, communal art experience with practical impulses and plenty of room for individual creativity. Anyone looking to experience painting as an aesthetic experience, learn new techniques, and leave everyday life behind for a few hours should attend the free event at the Grone Community Center in person.
