PowerDance brings Friday night in Göttingen to dance
On Friday, November 6, 2026, the salon of musa in Göttingen will turn into a lively dance floor. PowerDance stands for an exuberant party atmosphere, open dance culture, and a versatile music mix between pop, rock, ethno, and electro.
Music mix between pop, rock, and electro
Here, danceable pop meets iconic rock classics, global ethno sounds, and electronic beats. The musical concept focuses on variety, energy, and surprising favorite songs instead of a tight genre straitjacket. This creates a DJ set with club feel that brings together different generations and dance styles.
Club experience in the salon of musa
Short paths, direct contact with the crowd, and a space with concentrated dance floor atmosphere shape the club experience. The sound accompanies the evening from the first movements to the exuberant party energy on the dance floor. PowerDance remains consciously vibrant, friendly, and uncomplicated.
Entry, travel information, and musa details
The start is at 8:00 PM. The event takes place in the salon of musa, Hagenweg 2a in Göttingen. The musa is partially accessible; the access via the ramp remains usable. Due to construction work, parking options are currently limited. Traveling by bike or public transport is recommended. Bus lines 11, 12, and 73 connect the Weststadt with musa.
Admission and special notes
PowerDance is announced without a fixed entry fee; a voluntary contribution supports the event. Students can use a cultural ticket discount of 10 euros at many events of musa. For those under 18, the conditions of musa U18 apply with a written power of attorney and an adult supervisor.
